​Classes follow a different theme each month. 



Thursday 10.00am

A 60 min class which will introduce you to mindfulness, breathing techniques and asanas (poses sitting, lying, kneeling and standing) modifications and props are offered for all bodies and abilities. We finish the session with a guided meditation which is beneficial for relaxation, focus and stress relief. 

Suitable for complete beginners or those wanting to re visit the foundations of the practice.

£7.00 per class paid in monthly instalments


Thursday 11.30am

A 60 minute class aimed at people who are less mobile and unable to come down to a mat on the floor. The class starts sitting in the chair using grounding techniques to bring awareness into the present moment and progresses to standing postures with support of the chair. This is a gentle practice to mobilise the whole body without putting strain on vulnerable areas. We finish with a seated meditation. 

£7.00 per class paid in monthly instalments


Tuesday 7.00pm

This 90 minute class will usually follow a theme from classical yoga texts or the season we are in. We often work towards a peak posture and modifications are offered for all. There is no expectation that everyone can do everything that is offered. In all of my classes you are encouraged to listen to your body, find your own practice and not to be in "competition" with others. We end the session with a guided meditation related to the theme of the class.

£9.00 per class paid in monthly instalments

Payment terms

Monthly paid class fees are due at the beginning of each month via cash or Bacs transfer. If you are not able to attend a class you are welcome to join another class that week. Payments will not be rolled over.
