These sessions are usually held at my home in Ilchester or I can visit you dependent on location.
Benefits of a private session
Originally, yoga was mainly taught by a teacher in a private setting on one to one basis. Sessions would be tailored to a persons needs, their health, body type and lifestyle. These days, group yoga classes might be more popular but they are not for everyone.
If you are interested in a more personalised approach and to go deeper with your practice then private one to one sessions will be for you.
Private sessions are great if you:
Are a beginner in yoga and need more basics before joining group classes
Like to improve your health and well-being with a personalised practice
Suffer from pains, are recovering from injury, trauma, or personal difficulties
Are not comfortable in group settings
Are very busy and can’t make regular classes and would prefer your own time to suit
Want to take your practice to deeper level, learn more from yoga philosophy, breathing techniques, mediation
