These sessions are usually held at my home in Ilchester or I can visit you dependent on location.


Benefits of a private session

Originally, yoga was mainly taught by a teacher in a private setting on one to one basis.  Sessions would be tailored to a persons needs, their health, body type and lifestyle. These days, group yoga classes might be more popular but they are not for everyone.

If you are interested in a more personalised approach and to go deeper with your practice then private one to one sessions will be for you.

Private  sessions are great if you:

  • Are a beginner in yoga and need more basics before joining group classes

  • Like to improve your health and well-being with a personalised practice

  • Suffer from pains, are recovering from injury, trauma, or personal difficulties

  • Are not comfortable in group settings

  • Are very busy and can’t make regular classes and would prefer your own time to suit

  • Want to take your practice to deeper level, learn more from yoga philosophy, breathing techniques, mediation
